Meal & Fitness Guides
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you submit your order to receive your guide(s), responses to all questions, and request. Guides included in supplement packages and training programs will be sent via email to the email address you provide during checkout. Distant Coaching
You have 30 days from the time your order was placed to activate distant coaching. If you do not activate distant coaching within 30 days of purchase your order will expire. No refunds will be issued for active and expired orders. All sales are final.
Personal Training, Virtual Training & Distant Coaching
By engaging in Coach Shawn's Personal Training Program, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician or a health care professional before you begin. Furthermore, you agree to discuss any physical, nutritional and supplement changes or concerns you may have regarding your health with a physician and or dietician before starting this program.
Coach Shawn 80/20 Fit nutrition and fitness programs are designed for educational purposes only, not to substitute or replace professional medical treatment, rehabilitation, advice, or diagnosis. The guides and supplements included in the training programs are to be used independently. By purchasing the program, you agree not to hold the seller liable for illness or injury.
Personal Training
All sessions must be fully paid for at the time of booking; partial payments are not accepted. For 'Bundle Sessions,' clients must schedule at least one session per week, totaling an average of 8-10 sessions per month, except for 'Single Sessions'.
Late Fees
Bundle Sessions
Payment for all Bundle Session invoices is due on the 1st day of each month. Please be advised that a monthly late fee of $25 will be added to the invoice if the full payment is not made by the 3rd day of the month, and an additional $25 will be applied if the invoice is not paid in full by the 14th.
Single Sessions
Payment in full for all Single Session invoices must be received by the day prior to the first session date listed on each invoice. Failure to do so will result in a $25 late fee being applied to the invoice. To secure your preferred session date and avoid potential re-scheduling, I advise prompt payment of your invoice to prevent it from being booked by another client. Please note that sessions will only be confirmed once payment is received.
Interest-Free Pay Later Option!
To avoid any late fees, you can take advantage of an interest-free pay later option offered by PayPal on all invoices! This means that you can split your total into four payments, without any interest charges or late fees! It's an incredible opportunity to manage your payments more conveniently!
Partner Bundle Sessions
For 'Partner Bundle Sessions,' both participants must pay the full invoice to secure the booking and receive the discounted rate. If only one party pays and the other does not, the paying client will be moved to 'Bundle Sessions' and must cover the remaining balance in full before training. For instance, if a client paid $89.97 per session for 'Partner Bundle Sessions' and their partner fails to pay, the client will owe an additional $10 per session. No refunds will be provided for the balance. Alternatively, clients who have not started their training sessions can use the paid funds as a credit to purchase merchandise from Coach Shawn's store.
Rescheduling Sessions
Rescheduled training dates must be within the same month and cannot roll over into the following month. 'No show' notifications made within 24 hours of the session will not be rescheduled and are non-refundable. All rescheduling requests are considered requests only and are not guaranteed. Traffic delays are not considered valid reasons for rescheduling.
Sessions will be canceled if clients are late 15 minutes or more. Every minute clients are late (prior to the 15-minute deadline) will be deducted from scheduled training time.
Partner or Group Bundle Sessions:
Unlike 'Bundle Sessions,' 'Partner' and 'Group Bundle Sessions' cannot be made up if the session is missed. If a client provides at least 24-hour advance notice of not attending a 'Partner' or 'Group Bundle Session,' they will not be able to reschedule the session in the future. Reschedule requests are strictly for 'Bundle Sessions' only.
Sessions will be canceled if clients are late by 15 minutes or more. Every minute clients are late, up to the 15-minute deadline, will be deducted from the scheduled training time. Proper workout attire is required for each session; otherwise, Coach Shawn has the right to refuse training without a refund. Training sessions will last approximately an hour.
If Coach Shawn is unavailable and cancels a training session, he will contact the client to reschedule the session or allow the client to use the session as credit toward merchandise from his store.
Rescheduling Procedure
Clients are required to submit all reschedule requests via text message, even if they have made the request verbally. The request will ONLY be considered valid if it is sent in the form of a text and responded to as received to avoid any misunderstandings or confusion. If you don't hear back within 24 hours, please send a follow-up message in case the text wasn't received.
Life Coaching
Rescheduling Call Sessions:
Call sessions are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. If the client does not answer the phone at the scheduled appointment time, the call session will not be rescheduled. However, if Coach Shawn is available, clients may request to reschedule training sessions only if they notify him at least 24 hours in advance. Notifications of a "no show" within 24 hours of the scheduled call will not be rescheduled.

Any client requests to reschedule a call session are considered as requests only and do not guarantee rescheduling.

Hygiene Policy
Maintaining a high standard of hygiene is essential for the comfort and well-being of all clients. I expect all clients to arrive at their sessions fresh and clean. If a client fails to meet these hygiene standards, they may be asked to leave and will not be able to reschedule their session.
Morning clients are expected to wash up or shower before coming to your session, even if you showered the night before. We tend to sweat during sleep and may not feel as fresh in the morning as we did when we went to bed.
Afternoon and evening clients not working from home are encouraged to keep a bag with hygiene products in their car to freshen up before coming, or in the restroom upon arrival if necessary.
